You are purchasing one European made oiler or oil pump cover for 1934 to 1936 45 solo and Servicar R, RL, RLD models. This is fabricated from sheet steel and is coated in grey primer. These are usually one of the harder to find items in serviceable shape as they are usually pretty beat if you do find them.
This mounts over the cam cover on the right side of your engine. We also have oiler covers for VL models, just ask.
740-34A oil pump or oiler cover. X 11/16 oval head straight slot countersunk machine screw 3 ea.
